The group consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Myles Kennedy, lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall, and drummer Scott Phillips. Emerging from the final lineup of Creed alongside Kennedy from The Mayfield Four, the band released their debut album, One Day Remains, in 2004, which reached the top of the Billboard Rock charts. Subsequent studio releases include Blackbird in 2007, AB III in 2010, Fortress in 2013, The Last Hero in 2016, Walk the Sky in 2019, and Pawns & Kings in 2022. Their musical style combines heavy guitar riffs, melodic vocal arrangements, and progressive structures, drawing from hard rock and post-grunge traditions.
