Overview
A holiday event at the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles, with outdoor play, seasonal treats, crafts, live music and a visit with Santa Claus.
The Autry Museum of the American West is a Los Angeles museum that tells the stories of the many peoples of the American West, linking the region's past with its present. Its holiday event includes an outdoor backlot with a snow play area, along with a Candyland bouncy house and slide.
Visitors can have their photo taken with Santa Claus and take part in a kids'craft in which children make an ornament to bring home. Live music features holiday classics and Americana, and hot cocoa, apple cider and holiday cookies are served. Shoppers can browse gifts at the Autry Store.
The activities are built around families, especially children, with play, crafts and seasonal food offered in one outdoor setting at the museum.
