Beck — Ride Lonesome Tour

A concert by Beck, the Los Angeles musician whose blend of independent rock, soul and alternative hip-hop has been active since 1988, on the Ride Lonesome Tour at the Brooklyn Paramount in Brooklyn.

Beck is an American musician from Los Angeles, born in 1970, whose work blends independent rock, soul and alternative hip-hop. Active since 1988, Beck has released music on Geffen Records, beginning with the album Bek's a Loser in 1991. Later records such as Odelay, released in 1996, drew on the same mix of styles, moving between sample-based hip-hop textures and guitar-led songs.

This concert, part of the Ride Lonesome Tour, names Ioanna Gika alongside Beck. It is a pop, rock and indie evening led by an artist whose albums have moved freely between genres from one release to the next.

The Brooklyn Paramount hosts concerts and shows in Brooklyn. The evening suits listeners who follow Beck's blend of rock, soul and alternative hip-hop across the catalog.
