Colby Acuff

Colby Acuff, an act rooted in blues, country and folk, performs at Union Stage in Washington, D.C., a venue that hosts concerts and shows in the city.

Colby Acuff works in the blues, country and folk traditions, and those three strands define the music on this bill. Blues, country and folk have long shared common ground in American roots music, from the storytelling of country songwriting to the directness of folk and the emotional phrasing of the blues, and this concert places the act in that lineage.

Union Stage is a Washington venue for concerts and shows, and this booking brings Colby Acuff to its stage. The evening suits listeners who follow roots music and want to hear how these traditions sound in a live setting, with the act's own songs at the center of the program.
