Fireworks

A concert by Fireworks, the American pop-punk band, at The Independent in San Francisco, with Stateside also on the bill.

Fireworks is an American pop-punk band formed in 2004 and signed to Run For Cover Records. Its debut album, All I Have to Offer Is My Own Confusion, came out in 2009 and is the starting point for their recorded work. Pop-punk combines punk rock energy with pop melodies, and the band's catalog follows that approach.

The group works in the pop-punk tradition, pairing melodic hooks with guitar-driven rock, so the evening suits listeners who follow that style. Stateside is also on the bill. The Independent, the venue hosting the show, is a San Francisco space for concerts and shows.
