Hurricane Wisdom

Hurricane Wisdom performs rap in Philadelphia at Brooklyn Bowl, with a set built around the trap music of this American artist, whose debut album, State of Emergency, came out in 2022.

Hurricane Wisdom is an American rapper whose music belongs to the trap genre. The artist was born in 2004 in Tallahassee, Florida, and released the debut album State of Emergency in 2022.

Trap grew out of Southern hip-hop, with Atlanta among its central scenes, and is marked by skittering hi-hats, booming 808 bass lines and rapid, rhythmic vocal delivery. Hurricane Wisdom works within that tradition, so the material suits listeners who follow contemporary trap and rap releases.

The show takes place at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia, a concert and performance venue on Canal Street in the city. It suits anyone who wants to hear trap songs performed live in Philadelphia, and rap fans who are discovering the genre through a relatively new artist's first album.
