SiM, sometimes written Sim, is a Japanese alternative metal band from Kanagawa Prefecture, formed in 2004. Blending heavy metal with punk, ska and reggae, the band signed with Sony Music Entertainment Japan and released the album Silence iz Mine in 2008. Their track "The Rumbling" later became the theme song of the anime Attack on Titan.

The Hooman World Tour stops at August Hall, a San Francisco venue that hosts concerts and shows. The band's sound sits within hard rock and metal, with the punk, ska and reggae elements of its music shaping the mix.

Listeners drawn to heavy metal, punk and reggae-tinged rock will find that genre blend at the center of the band's identity, and fans of "The Rumbling" will recognize the group's most widely heard song.
