Stephen Pearcy of RATT

A concert by Stephen Pearcy, lead vocalist of the Los Angeles hard rock band RATT, at the Whisky A Go Go club in West Hollywood. The night falls within the hard rock and metal genre.

Stephen Pearcy is the lead vocalist of RATT, a hard rock band formed in Los Angeles in the late 1970s that rose to prominence in the 1980s. The band's early releases include the 1984 EP Ratt and the album Out of the Cellar, which contains the songs "Round and Round" and "Lay It Down." Their sound belongs to the Sunset Strip hard rock scene of that decade, built on melodic guitar riffs and high-register vocals.

The concert takes place at Whisky A Go Go, a club on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood that hosts concerts and shows. Opened in 1964, the venue became one of the central stages of the Sunset Strip music scene, and its programming has continued across several decades.

The evening suits listeners who follow Los Angeles hard rock and metal from the 1980s onward, as well as those who want to hear the vocalist of one of that scene's best-known bands in a club setting.
