This electronic concert at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C., brings together The Army, The Navy and Ella Woolsey. The Army is credited twice on the bill, so the evening centers on electronic music performed by these acts under their own names.

The 9:30 Club hosts concerts and shows in Washington, and this electronic evening is one of its live music events. The Army and The Navy share the program with Ella Woolsey, and the night is aimed at listeners who follow electronic music and want to hear several acts in a single evening.

The bill places three names side by side, so the evening works as an introduction to several electronic acts in one place.
