Voices of the HBCU Experience

A concert titled Voices of the HBCU Experience, presented at Epiphany Center for the Arts in Chicago in its Epiphany Hall.

Voices of the HBCU Experience takes its name from HBCUs, historically Black colleges and universities in the United States. The title frames the evening around that shared college experience, presented as a concert in Chicago.

Epiphany Center for the Arts hosts concerts and shows in Chicago, and this performance is staged in Epiphany Hall.

The evening suits listeners interested in vocal performance and in music connected to historically Black colleges and universities, a tradition the title places at the center of the program. Because the performers are credited as Voices of the HBCU Experience, the concert is best approached as a program built around that theme rather than around a single artist's catalog.
