Wire & Nail

Wire & Nail is a blues, country and folk act performing at Carol's Pub in Chicago, a venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year.

Wire & Nail works in blues, country and folk, performing under the names Wire and Nail. These genres share roots in American vernacular song: blues brings twelve-bar structures and expressive vocal phrasing, country brings narrative lyrics and a strong link to storytelling, and folk focuses on simple melody and song as a means of passing on stories.

Carol's Pub hosts concerts and shows in Chicago, and this evening puts Wire & Nail's blues, country and folk material on its stage.

The concert suits anyone interested in live roots music, whether they already know these styles well or are discovering them through a live performance.
