Cirque Alice

Cirque Alice is a circus-style show that reimagines Lewis Carroll's Alice stories as a journey through a fantastical Wonderland, presented at the Royal Festival Hall in London.

The production takes Lewis Carroll's classic adventures as its starting point and recasts them as an acrobatic spectacle. According to the material available, the cast brings together acrobatic performers from several countries, including aerialists, contortionists, puppeteers and dancers, alongside live musicians.

The music is built on newly arranged contemporary versions of well-known classical pieces, which accompany the acts throughout the show. The performance is described as a fantastical extravaganza aimed at audiences of all ages, combining stunts that defy gravity with puppetry and dance.

The Royal Festival Hall, on the South Bank, is a concert and show venue in London, and this production is staged there as part of its programme of performances.
