Connie O

A London live show led by singer-songwriter Connie O and their band, with Deat Scarlett also on the bill, at Dream Bags Jaguar Shoes, a concert and performance venue.

Connie O writes songs that sit across alternative rock, indie rock and electronic rock. The guitar sound takes its cue from shoegaze, while the vocals sit high above the arrangement, and the lyrics are a central part of the writing.

The music draws on Julia Jacklin, Wednesday and the Cocteau Twins, and the band brings together older and newer styles in a way that gives the sound its distinct character. On stage, the performance is led by Connie O with the band, and Deat Scarlett is part of the evening's line-up.

Dream Bags Jaguar Shoes is a concert and performance venue, and the night suits anyone interested in guitar-driven indie rock with shoegaze influences and the artists named above as reference points.
