Lizzy McAlpine THE OVER COUNTRY TOUR

Lizzy McAlpine, an American singer, guitarist and songwriter, brings The Over Country Tour to the O2 Academy Brixton in London. The concert is part of the tour of the same name.

Lizzy McAlpine is an American singer, guitarist and songwriter working in folk, indie folk and folk-pop. Born in 1999 in Philadelphia, the artist has been active since 2016 and released the debut album Indigo in 2018 on RCA Records. The songwriting centres on voice and guitar, which makes the folk roots of the music clear in a live setting.

The Over Country Tour takes its name from the current run of dates, and this London show forms part of that tour. The usual line-up and the precise repertoire of the performance are not detailed here, so the evening is best approached as a songwriter-led concert built around the artist's guitar and voice.

The O2 Academy Brixton is a London venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year. The night suits listeners who follow contemporary folk and indie folk songwriting and want to hear it performed live on this visit to London.
