Punch Brothers

Punch Brothers, the American bluegrass and country music group, perform at the Barbican Hall in London. The concert is part of their visit to the capital.

Punch Brothers is an American bluegrass and country music group formed in Brooklyn in 2006. The band is signed to Nonesuch Records, and released its debut album, "Punch", in 2008. Their work sits within the bluegrass tradition, drawing on acoustic string playing and the close vocal harmonies associated with that style.

The context for this concert does not list the band's line-up or the repertoire they will play, so these details are not stated here. Audiences attending will hear the group perform live in a concert hall setting, with the programme shaped by the band on the night.

Barbican Hall hosts concerts and shows in London, and this evening suits listeners interested in contemporary American roots music who want to hear a group that has built its reputation on acoustic bluegrass since the late 2000s.
