Table 17

Table 17 is a theatre production at the Kiln Theatre in London, in which two former fiancés meet for dinner for the first time since their separation. The story follows their attempt to face what went wrong between them.

The play centres on Jada and Dallas, who agree to sit down together for the first time since they broke up. What starts as a casual catch-up gradually turns into a more emotional conversation about the highs and lows of their relationship and the tensions that were never resolved.

As the evening goes on, memories and buried truths come to the surface, and the restaurant setting, with its sharp-tongued waiters, becomes part of the drama. The production asks whether the couple has anything left worth saving, and the two characters are obliged to confront the reasons their relationship ended.

The Kiln Theatre hosts a range of concerts and shows in London, and this production is staged there as a theatre piece built around two characters and a single dinner.
