Overview
American rock and alternative outfit Weezer come to Manchester for a live concert performance.
Weezer are an American rock, emo and alternative rock band from Los Angeles. Formed in 1992, the group initially gathered around founding members Rivers Cuomo, Patrick Wilson and Brian Bell. Signed to Universal Music Group, the band released their debut album in 1995. Over the decades, they have maintained a consistent presence in the alternative rock landscape, developing a catalogue that blends melodic power pop sensibilities with heavier rock instrumentation.
This performance takes place at Co-op Live, which hosts concerts and large-scale shows in Manchester. The event is suited to followers of American alternative rock and 1990s guitar music looking to hear the band's established repertoire live in the city.
