Cooking in a real Italian family home, not in a restaurant kitchen. Our recipes have been handed down through generations and refined at the best Italian and international cooking schools, including the school near Lyon founded by Michelin-starred chef Paul Bocuse. However, our best teachers have always been our grandmothers, and their little secrets are what we love to share.

You will spend three unforgettable hours in an elegant home in the centre of Milan, surrounded by our family's private art gallery. You will cook with your own hands, laugh, ask all the questions you like, then sit down at our table to enjoy the Italian classics you have prepared, with a glass of organic rosé. It feels less like a class and more like a meal with Italian friends.

You will leave with good memories and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

Lessons are in English, but our family speaks 10 languages and we are happy to explain some words in yours. Private lessons in other languages on request (min. 10 guests).
