Lezione di Cucina in Fattoria di famiglia nel Chianti con Pranzo

This is a cooking class in which guests take an active part. Not a demonstration class, but guests get their hands dirty, quite literally! You learn simple recipes from our tradition, which can easily be recreated at home.

The class takes place on my farm, where I produce olive oil, saffron and vegetables and keep hens: the ingredients we use are all very fresh, many of them from our own production.

If the weather allows, we will hold the class outdoors with views of the vineyards and olive trees, and then eat what we have prepared in the open air; otherwise we will work in our barn.

The farm sits on top of a hill, in an oasis of peace and quiet, far from noise, cars and pollution. On request we can prepare a vegetarian menu.
