I'm Francesca, a passionate cook and food lover. I learnt the art of fresh pasta from my grandmother in her pasta-making workshop, where we first began hosting this experience.

I then moved it to my home, a true pasta laboratory in a beautiful villa on the hilltops, with a splendid view over Florence. I founded "Francyspasta" in 2017, which has won several Airbnb Experiences awards, and it has completely changed my life for the better.

Over time I built up a group of hosts who share my passion, and we are now a team of pasta makers: Gaia, Luisa, Tommaso, all truly special people who will make our time together unique, in the magical atmosphere of our home-workshop, full of love, light and art in the heart of our wonderful Tuscany.
