Chicken Tikka Masala - NYC

A hands-on cooking class in New York where participants learn to prepare Chicken Tikka Masala with Chef Himanshu. The session is aimed at beginners as well as home cooks with more experience.

This is a two-hour workshop in which you cook a Chicken Tikka Masala from start to finish under the guidance of Chef Himanshu. No prior experience is required, so the class suits people who have never cooked Indian dishes as well as more confident home cooks who want to refine a recipe.

Participants work in groups throughout the session and share equipment and ingredients with their neighbors, which makes the class interactive rather than a demonstration watched from a distance. Beer and wine can be bought on site at the venue.

The class takes place at Hyatt Place New York/Midtown-South, a hotel in Midtown South. The activity is limited to guests aged 21 and over and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
