DragonForce: Inhuman Rampage 20th Anniversary

DragonForce marks the 20th anniversary of Inhuman Rampage in San Diego, joined by Ensiferum and Rhapsody of Fire at The Observatory North Park.

DragonForce is a British power metal and speed metal band formed in London in 1999. Signed to Roadrunner Records, the group released their debut album, Valley of the Damned, in 2003. Their fast tempos, twin-guitar harmonies, and fantasy lyrical themes defined a distinct iteration of the genre.

Ensiferum is a Finnish folk metal, power metal, and Viking metal band formed in Helsinki in 1995. The group signed with Metal Blade Records and issued their self-titled debut album in 2001, combining traditional folk instrumentation with heavy metal structures.

Rhapsody of Fire is an Italian power metal and symphonic metal band formed in Trieste in 1993. They released their debut album, Legendary Tales, in 1997 through Nuclear Blast, incorporating neoclassical elements, orchestration, and cinematic arrangements into their compositions.

The Observatory North Park hosts this gathering of international metal acts in San Diego, bringing together three long-running groups from the power metal lineage for an evening of heavy music.
