Grateful Shred: Holiday Homecoming - 12/4

Grateful Shred performs in Los Angeles in Holiday Homecoming, a concert at The Bellwether. The project plays music associated with the Grateful Dead, and this show is part of its live schedule.

Grateful Shred is a tribute project devoted to the music of the Grateful Dead, the San Francisco rock band formed in 1965 whose catalog draws on psychedelic rock, blues, folk and country. Grateful Shred is not the Grateful Dead; its concerts present the band's songs in a shred-style approach that puts guitar playing at the center.

Holiday Homecoming takes place at The Bellwether, a Los Angeles venue that hosts concerts and shows. The title places this edition in a holiday setting, and the program is built around the Grateful Dead repertoire.

The evening suits listeners who know the Grateful Dead's songs and want to hear them performed live by a dedicated tribute act. It also appeals to guitar enthusiasts interested in how the band's compositions are reinterpreted through virtuosic playing.
