A jazz concert at Middle East Zuzu in Cambridge, a venue that hosts concerts and shows, with a note on the genre and how to reach the venue from Boston.

h2 is a jazz concert presented at Middle East Zuzu, a Cambridge venue that hosts concerts and shows. The evening is aimed at jazz listeners who want to hear the genre live, and Cambridge sits directly across the Charles River from Boston.

Cambridge is reached from Boston by bridge, subway or bus, so the venue is within easy reach of jazz audiences across the Greater Boston area.

Jazz developed in African American communities in New Orleans around the turn of the twentieth century, and improvisation remains its defining feature in live performance. Jazz is a broad family of styles, and this concert is a chance to hear one of them played live in Cambridge.
