The Casualites "People Over Power" Tour in Miami

A punk rock concert in Miami by The Casualties, the Staten Island band, on the People Over Power tour at Churchill's Pub. The evening suits fans of punk and rock who want to see a long-running act perform live.

The Casualties are a punk rock band from Staten Island, New York, formed in the early 1990s and still performing under the same name. Their music draws on the fast, anthemic tradition of late-1970s and 1980s punk, with direct, shout-along choruses and socially pointed lyrics. Across a long run of studio albums, the group has built a following within the American punk scene that spans several generations of listeners.

This stop on the People Over Power tour brings the band to Churchill's Pub in Miami, a venue that hosts concerts and shows. The evening is aimed at punk and rock fans who want to hear a long-running band play its songs in a club setting, and it suits anyone interested in the scene the group has been part of since its early years.
