TRIBUTOSAURUS Becomes THE MONKEES on Halloween Night!

A Halloween night concert in Berwyn, where the tribute act Tributosaurus takes on the songs of The Monkees. The program sits in the pop, rock and indie category.

The Monkees were an American pop rock group formed in 1965 in Los Angeles for a television comedy series of the same name. The members were Micky Dolenz, Davy Jones, Michael Nesmith and Peter Tork. Their best-known songs include "I'm a Believer" and "Last Train to Clarksville," both of which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1966.

Tributosaurus is a tribute act, so this show is a homage to The Monkees rather than a performance by the original group. Its Halloween night title frames the evening around the Monkees'repertoire, with the tribute band playing the group's catalog of 1960s pop and rock songs.

The show takes place at Fitzgeralds Nightclub, which hosts concerts and shows in Berwyn. The evening suits listeners who know the Monkees'catalog and fans of tribute concerts built around 1960s pop rock.
