Alexandra Savior

Alexandra Savior, a singer, songwriter and musician, performs at Scribble in Los Angeles in a concert presented by Sid The Cat. The new album Beneath The Lilypad, released on RCA Records, is a collection of 11 orchestrated songs.

Alexandra Savior works across genres, with songs built on detailed storytelling and a tender, textured voice. Lyrics unfold in rich narratives drawn from deeply personal experience, and the writing rewards repeated listening with its turns of phrase and its perspective as a writer.

The latest album, Beneath The Lilypad, gathers songs written over roughly the past five years. Its 11 songs are lushly orchestrated and follow a period in which questions of identity and artistic direction shaped the work, leading to music made by instinct and for the artist alone. The album does not follow a straight path from hardship to recovery; its emotional arc rises and falls, reflecting the way the artist describes life itself.

The concert is presented by Sid The Cat and takes place at Scribble, a Los Angeles venue that hosts concerts and shows. It suits listeners who want to hear a songwriter whose recent work is organized around a long, nonlinear creative period.
