Iceage

Iceage is a Danish punk rock band from Copenhagen, playing San Francisco on this visit at The Independent, a venue for concerts and shows.

Iceage is a Danish punk rock band formed in Copenhagen in 2008. The group released its first album, New Brigade, in 2011, and that record is the natural starting point for anyone approaching the band's catalogue for the first time.

The music sits within punk and rock, so the concert suits listeners who follow those styles and want to see a Copenhagen band on this visit to San Francisco. Fans who want a reference point before the night can start with New Brigade and then move through the band's later releases.

The Independent hosts concerts and shows in San Francisco, which makes it a fitting place for a punk and rock program of this kind. The evening is aimed at audiences who already know the genre or want to discover a band that has been active since 2008.
