Rosie Tucker

A concert by Rosie Tucker, an American indie rock musician, at Oblivion in Los Angeles, a venue for concerts and shows. The set draws on four full-length records and new material.

Rosie Tucker is an American musician born in 1990 in the San Fernando Valley region. The first album, Lowlight, came out in 2015. The lyrics of this indie rock project address alienation under capitalism and the lasting, incurable heartache of being human.

The self-released album UTOPIA NOW! (2024) drew attention from Rolling Stone, which called it a sharp, inventive piece of indie rock with a protest-minded streak. The magazine read it as a picture of North America today, at once romantic and grim.

At Oblivion, a Los Angeles venue hosting concerts and shows, Rosie Tucker will perform songs from all four full-length records along with new material. The evening suits listeners who already follow this lyric-driven catalog as well as those discovering it for the first time.
