Sona Jobarteh

Jazz concert by Gambian-English singer and multi-instrumentalist Sona Jobarteh, presented at Sony Hall in New York, a venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year.

Sona Jobarteh is a Gambian-English singer and multi-instrumentalist, born in London in 1983. Active since 1987, the artist released the debut album Fasiya in 2011, and jazz is the genre of this concert.

On stage, Jobarteh works as a singer and multi-instrumentalist, so the evening centers on the voice and several instruments played by one artist. Fasiya is the reference point for listeners who want to know the music before the show.

Sony Hall hosts concerts and shows in New York, and this jazz concert takes place there. The evening suits anyone who wants to discover an artist who sings and plays several instruments, in a jazz-oriented program.
