Swmrs

Swmrs, an Oakland-based pop and rock band, performs at Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles, with The Happy Return also on the bill. Both acts work in indie rock.

Swmrs is a pop, rock and indie band from Oakland, California. Its name is pronounced "swimmers," and its guitar-driven songs combine melodic hooks with a rock backbone. The project's music sits at the crossroads of pop and indie rock, which is why it appeals to listeners who follow both styles.

The Happy Return is also on the bill, so the evening features two indie acts in the same program. Both groups bring a guitar-based approach to the stage, and the night suits anyone interested in contemporary rock with pop-leaning songwriting.

Teragram Ballroom is a Los Angeles venue that hosts concerts and shows, and this booking adds an indie rock night to its calendar. It is a practical choice for fans of Swmrs who want to hear the band's melodic songs in a live setting in the city.
