Overview
An evening with The Growlers, the American indie rock group with a garage rock sound, at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. The band formed in Dana Point in 2006.
The Growlers are an American group playing indie rock with a garage rock sound. Formed in Dana Point in 2006, the band released its first album, Greatest sHits, in 2007. Their music sits within the pop, rock and indie scene, with the guitar-based energy associated with garage rock.
The concert takes place at The Wiltern, a Los Angeles venue that hosts concerts and shows. It suits listeners who follow indie rock and garage rock, and anyone interested in a group whose debut album marked the start of its recorded work.
Greatest sHits is the natural starting point for newcomers to the act. Its title keeps the lowercase spelling the band chose for it, and the record offers a direct introduction to the sound that has shaped the project since its early years.
