Underoath

A bill of four American heavy rock bands at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, headlined by Underoath, with August Burns Red, Atreyu and As Cities Burn in support.

Underoath is an American band formed in Florida in 1997, playing hard rock, metalcore and post-hardcore. The group is signed to Roadrunner Records, and its first album, Act of Depression, came out in 1999.

August Burns Red is an American metalcore band formed in 2003. Its debut album, Thrill Seeker, appeared in 2005, and the band has been associated with Solid State Records. Atreyu, from Orange County, was formed in 1998 and signed to Victory Records, playing metalcore, alternative metal and hard rock. As Cities Burn, formed in Mandeville in 2002, plays post-hardcore and Christian rock, is signed to Solid State Records, and is named for its debut album, Son, I Loved You at Your Darkest.

The bill runs at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, a venue that hosts concerts and shows in Las Vegas. The evening suits listeners who follow heavy, guitar-driven rock, since all four acts draw on those styles.
