Autentica lezione di cucina romana & esperienza di mercato

Take part in a hands-on session dedicated to Roman cuisine, combining a stroll among the market stalls with the manual preparation of pasta.

This activity is aimed at those wishing to explore local food culture through an itinerary that begins among the shops and food stalls in the heart of Rome. Accompanied by a guide, participants learn to recognise authentic ingredients and assess the quality of seasonal produce.

The programme continues with the creation of traditional dishes and the preparation of handmade pasta from scratch. The meeting concludes with sitting down at the table to eat what has been cooked, accompanied by Italian wine or other drinks, sharing the meal in good company.
