Milano : Lezione di cucina di pasta tiramisù a casa di uno chef (piccolo gruppo)

Hosted in a real chef's home — not a commercial cookery school.

This experience is designed to feel personal, not staged. You won't be in a classroom with individual workstations, but in a genuine home where everything happens together, just as it would in Italy.

I am a trained chef with experience in professional kitchens, and the focus here is not just on following recipes, but on understanding the technique – so that you can genuinely recreate what you learn.

We work with carefully selected ingredients, avoid shortcuts and keep the group small to ensure everyone is involved.

It strikes a balance between professional cooking and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere – more like cooking with a friend who knows exactly what they are doing.
