Spritz, Fettuccine & Maltagliati con Tiramisù nel centro di Roma

Take part in a practical session in central Rome to learn how to prepare fresh pasta, from traditional shapes such as fettuccine and maltagliati to tiramisu.

This activity consists of a cooking workshop in the heart of the city, a short distance from Piazza Navona, led by local chefs. During the session, participants tackle the creation of two different types of pasta and the preparation of the Italian Spritz, combining the hands-on aspect with sharing the final meal accompanied by wine and limoncello.

The proposal is aimed at visitors interested in local gastronomy who wish to try their hand at traditional recipes in small groups, so as to receive personalised attention from the staff while carrying out the practical steps.
