Artisan Ravioli Making - DC

A pasta-making workshop in DC in which participants shape their own ravioli with a caramelized onion and mushroom filling. It takes place at Galería @ La Cosecha, a venue that also hosts concerts and shows.

Participants make ravioli by hand under the guidance of an expert in pasta-making. The filling is a mixture of caramelized onion and mushrooms, and the dish is prepared during the session rather than only demonstrated, so each person takes part in the making from start to finish.

The workshop is held at Galería @ La Cosecha. An optional glass of wine can be added, and conversation among participants is part of the format. The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
