Artisan Ravioli Making - LA

A two-hour hands-on cooking workshop in Los Angeles, where participants make fresh ravioli by hand and prepare a Romesco sauce from scratch. It is held at Greenhaus Kitchen Studio on Vermont Avenue.

Led by an expert chef, this workshop starts with pasta dough made from scratch. Participants roll it into thin sheets by hand, without a pasta machine, then fill the sheets with fresh ricotta seasoned with Parmigiano-Reggiano. The session lasts two hours and takes place at Greenhaus Kitchen Studio.

The instructor also shows how to make a Romesco sauce from scratch to accompany the ravioli. Fresh ingredients and all equipment are provided, and guests may bring their own beer, wine, or champagne. Once the pasta is cooked, the group sits down together to eat the meal.
