The Art of French Pastry - LA

The aim is to finish with éclairs and cream puffs, and the instruction also covers the principles behind gougères, cruller-style donuts and choux beignets.

Everything needed for the baking is supplied, including equipment and ingredients, so participants do not have to bring anything for the pastry itself. The class is open to all skill levels, which means complete beginners and more experienced cooks can take part side by side. Drinks can be purchased at the venue.
