Classic Handmade Ravioli - LA

A cooking class at the Cambria Hotel Burbank in which participants make ravioli and a bolognese sauce from scratch, guided by a professional chef. It is a hands-on session for people interested in homemade pasta.

This workshop walks participants through making pasta by hand from the start. Each person learns to prepare ravioli, to build the fillings and to shape the pasta, and a professional chef leads the instruction throughout. The group then tops the finished ravioli with a bolognese sauce, so the session ends with a complete dish.

Ingredients and tools are provided, so attendees only need to bring an interest in cooking and an appetite. Participants share the ingredients and equipment with one another at their stations. Dietary requests cannot be accommodated, which is worth knowing before booking.

The class is presented as a relaxed, fun session and suits visitors and locals who want to learn a traditional technique in a practical setting. It takes place at the Cambria Hotel Burbank, in Burbank.
