Authentic Asian Dumplings - SF

A two-hour cooking class in San Francisco where participants learn to make Chinese dumplings from scratch with an expert chef, using pork, shrimp and tofu fillings.

This hands-on cooking class teaches you to make Chinese dumplings from scratch under the guidance of an expert chef. You shape your own wrappers and also work with store-bought ones, which lets you compare the two textures.

The session covers a chef's version filled with pork, chives and shrimp, followed by a vegetarian version made with tofu. Fresh ingredients and all equipment are provided, and the class runs for two hours. Drinks are not included, but they can be purchased at the bar and enjoyed with your dumplings at the end.

The class is open to all skill levels, so it suits beginners, curious home cooks and visitors who want a practical introduction to dumpling-making. It takes place at The Hotel Majestic in San Francisco.
