Classic Handmade Ravioli: San Diego

A hands-on cooking workshop in San Diego at Duck Foot Brewing, where participants make ravioli by hand, cook a tomato sauce from scratch and then eat what they have prepared.

In this class, participants work through the steps of making fresh ravioli: mixing the dough, shaping the squares and preparing a classic tomato sauce from the beginning. The kitchen setup is interactive, so guests mix, simmer and share equipment with the group rather than only watching a demonstration.
