Intro to the Art of Sushi - San Diego

Join this hands-on workshop in Vista to learn essential sushi-making techniques from Chef Drew.

This workshop provides a step-by-step introduction to preparing sushi at home. Led by Chef Drew, participants learn how to master the correct preparation of sushi rice and proper ingredient cutting techniques. All necessary equipment and ingredients are provided during the session.

Attendees create three distinct rolls: a Spicy Tuna roll, a Hamachi roll, and a Chef's Catch of the Day roll. The session welcomes adults aged 18 and older, as well as participants aged 14 to 17 when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests are also welcome to bring their own beer, wine, or sake to enjoy during the class.
