Make Your Own Dumplings: Los Angeles

In this hands-on workshop, participants mix flavorful fillings and learn traditional dumpling folds, shaping each piece by hand. The fillings described are ground meat or vegetables seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil. No cooking experience is required, and all equipment and ingredients are provided; most of the ingredients can also be found at local markets for cooking at home.

Participants can take part in every step or prefer to watch, assist and taste, since the session is designed for both enthusiasts and first-timers. The class is relaxed rather than technical. Drinks can be purchased at the full bar at Hyatt House LA during the session.
