The Escape Game Chicago: Epic 60-Minute Adventures in River North

A 60-minute escape room game at The Escape Game Chicago, in the River North area, where small teams follow clues and solve puzzles to complete a mission together.

Teams work through clues and puzzles in one of five escape room themes, each built around a mission to complete together. The themes include a cosmic adventure, Mission: Mars, and Prison Break, the most difficult of the five. Each game holds up to eight players and spans multiple rooms, so the group moves from one space to the next as each stage is solved.

The Chicago location sits right off Michigan Avenue, so the outing pairs easily with a meal or drinks afterward. Big Bowl Chinese, Gordon Ramsay Burger and Pizzeria Duo, which serves Chicago deep dish, are all within walking distance of the venue.

The format suits groups of friends, families with children, and visitors who want an active break between sightseeing stops. The games are family-friendly, and players work together throughout to finish the mission.
