A Charlie Brown Christmas Brunch

A jazz brunch at Fitzgeralds Nightclub in Berwyn, with the Chris White Trio on the bill and a title that points to the holiday music of the Peanuts television specials.

A Charlie Brown Christmas Brunch takes its name from the 1965 animated television special A Charlie Brown Christmas, whose jazz score was composed by pianist Vince Guaraldi. Guaraldi's trio sound became the musical signature of the Peanuts specials, and the title of this event points to that repertoire.

The Chris White Trio is the other act on the bill, playing jazz in a trio format. The event pairs a brunch with live jazz, so the meal and the music are offered together as one outing.

Fitzgeralds Nightclub in Berwyn hosts concerts and shows, and this brunch adds a meal to a jazz bill at that venue.
