Baby Jane

An electro concert by Baby Jane at Outset, a Chicago venue that hosts concerts and shows, built around the project's electronic dance sound.

Baby Jane is an electronic artist working in the electro style and presented on the music scene as an electro act. Electro grew out of early 1980s American urban music, built on drum machines such as the Roland TR-808 and on the sequenced, synthesized rhythms that Kraftwerk helped establish. Its tracks typically rely on machine-driven beats, bass synthesizers and minimal vocal lines.

Outset is a Chicago venue that hosts concerts and shows, so this date brings the project to a local stage. The night suits listeners who follow electronic music and want to hear electro performed live, with the club-oriented pulse the genre is built around.
