Ouray

Ouray is a pop, rock and indie act performing in Evanston, at Space, a venue that hosts concerts and shows in the Chicago suburb on the North Shore.

Ouray performs music that moves between pop, rock and indie, three styles that share an emphasis on song structure and memorable hooks. Pop favors melodic choruses and clean arrangements, rock builds on guitar, bass and drums, and indie refers to music released on independent labels, often with a deliberately personal, unpolished sound.

Space is a venue in Evanston, a lakeside suburb just north of Chicago's city limits and home to Northwestern University. It hosts concerts and shows, so it serves as a local stop for audiences who want live music without traveling to Chicago's downtown.

The evening suits listeners who follow pop, rock and indie songwriting and want to hear this act performed live on the North Shore.
