The Quarter After at Healing Force of the Universe
The Quarter After is a Los Angeles-based neo-psychedelic and jangle-pop band formed in 2000 by brothers Dominic and Robert Campanella, who have existed in the Brian Jonestown Massacre orbit for a while. It’s a dreamy 1960s folk-pop, garage rock, and psychedelic vibe reminiscent of The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, and Love. Key members in the band: Dominic Campanella (lead vocals, rhythm/principal guitar/songwriter) and Robert Campanella (lead guitar, vocals, producer) and sometimes Dave Koenig (bass, ex-Brian Jonestown Massacre) and Nelson Bragg (drums, Brian Wilson Band). Rob caught all three nights of Jay Lee Campbell’s residency with us in August and became a fan like us. We’re excited to bring back Jay Lee one last time as well.
