Tom Kenny & The Hi-Seas

A rock 'n' soul revue led by Tom Kenny, the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, with Michael Michael Motorcycle as the support act, presented at Sid The Cat Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Tom Kenny, an Emmy Award-winning actor, leads The Hi-Seas, a 12-piece rock 'n'soul revue. Their program draws on soul, rhythm and blues, early rock 'n'roll and overlooked dance-floor records, with material associated with Chuck Berry, Sam Cooke, Gary U.S. Bonds, The Shangri-Las and Little Richard.

On stage, the group blends a vintage rhythm and blues revue with the energy of garage rock. The shows are built around Kenny's long-standing interest in music, and the band presents its repertoire as a lively party rather than a formal recital.

The evening suits a wide mix of listeners: fans of rock 'n'roll, record collectors, animation enthusiasts, longtime viewers of SpongeBob SquarePants, and younger audiences encountering Kenny's music for the first time. Michael Michael Motorcycle performs as the support act. Sid The Cat Auditorium hosts concerts and shows in Los Angeles.
